Jeers to Supernatural writer Sera Gamble and executive producer Eric Kripke. I didn't really think they'd stoop so low as to have Sam f--k a demon.
I think they must have forgotten their own canon where demons killed his mother, killed his father, killed his girlfriend and killed his brother (killed his grandmother, killed his grandfather) — not to mention that in the three years the show has been on the air, Sam has never once had casual meaningless sex. But hey, let's assassinate Sam's character to make Ruby more sympathetic. Gotta make the fans like her, right?
Plus, Kripke blatantly lied to fans at Comic-Con last summer when he said this character wouldn't be a love interest: "I wrote in 'love interest' to screw with you guys." Thanks, Eric, I'm really feeling screwed now. But I think now I've learned my lesson and won't be back for a second helping.
